Key Responsibilities

Ā Rearrange and consolidate data from various source documents when necessary.
Ā Enter data into designated databases, files, and forms.
Ā Transcribe information into required electronic formats.
Ā Digitize documents into document management systems or databases.
Ā Review completed tasks for accuracy and completeness.
Ā Safely store finished documents in appropriate locations.
Ā Maintain logs of activities and tasks performed.
Ā Respond to information requests and access relevant files.
Ā Print necessary information as requested.
Ā Adhere to data integrity and security protocols.
Ā Maintain office equipment and supply inventories.
