Looking for Full-Stack Developer

Currently we are looking for a full stack developer who can speak both English and Spanish fluently and have 3 or 4 years of experience in software development.This is a remote role, and you will handle 2 or more interviews per day.No coding tasks or personal data sharing are required, we will provide full technical support and guidance during the process.Key Responsibilities:- Attend 2 or more introduction interviews & 1 or 2 technical interviews daily (schedule provided in advance).- Join daily stand-ups with our team after securing offer.- Represent as software engineer confidently in client interviews.Ideal Candidate Profile:- Handsome and presentable appearance; confident on video calls;- Fluent English with a neutral or minimal accent- Full-Stack development background preferred.- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc) is a big plus.- Golang or Java backend experience is highly preferred, but other stacks are also welcome.Working Hours:- 100% remote- Must be available during US timezones (EST/CST/PST)Compensation & BenefitsWe offer two flexible compensation models based on your preferred level of involvement and responsibility. Your income will scale with yyour performance and the number of offers you secure and manage.- $100 monthly payment depending on how many interviews you passed in the first month.Option 1: Success-Based Bonus Model- Compensation:- 1000 USD monthly success bonus per secured offer (though interviews you attend)- Responsibilities:- Attend all daily stand-ups and video meetings with our internal team.- Represent our technical team and communicate project progress.- No direct project management required - our tech team will handle project execution.- Scalability:- Example: With 4 offers, your monthly income = 4k USDOption2: Full Responsbilitiy Model- Compensation:- 2k USD monthly salary per secured offer- Responsibilities:- Fully responsible for the project, including:- All video meetings and daily stand-ups with the client/company- Full project management: handling tasks, tickets, and team coordination- Scalability:- Example: With 4 offers, your monthly income = 8k USDAdditional Notes:- You may manage multiple offers simultaneously based on your capacity and performance.- Higher responsibility (Option 2) provides greater income potential.- Flexible working structure based on your skills, goals, and management preference.- Full training and technical backup provided - you won't need to worry about deep technical knowledge during calls.- Long-term collaboration opportunities available.If you're confident on camera, tech-savvy, and interested in a flexible remote opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!The posted project budget is placeholder.
