Job Description:Essential Job Functions:• Execute and oversee business process transactions, focusing on quality and efficiency.• Analyze data, contribute to process improvements, and assist in reporting.• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members.• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement.• Ensure compliance with quality and procedural standards.• Contribute insights for improving process performance.• Analyze data trends and patterns to support decision-making.• Assist in maintaining and updating process documentation.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role• Proven experience in business process transactions• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plusAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
