Program Manager Job Description

My non profit was started in honor of my 17 year old son who was murdered. So this is not just a job to me it is a passion...
I'm looking for someone who is patient and will be loyal to the organization. As a somewhat new organization we go through ups and downs. I'm looking for someone who can be dedicated and in it for the long haul.
Building a strong team and making a difference in the communities is the ultimate goal!
Changing The Gray Street Outreach has an immediate opening for a Program Manager who is a thought leader willing to support the non-profit's daily operations and fundraising opportunities and nurture the for-profit divisions.
Duties:
? Create Craigslist ads and post them in the respective accounts
? Create Facebook & Instagram posts and schedule in Meta Business Suite
? Take Board meeting minutes and distribute
? Arrange Board of Director meetings
? Document preparation and editing
? Draft program plans and campaigns
? Work with other for-profit divisions: hair salon, car detailing company, and cleaning service
? Manage website updates
? Manage email communications
? Make phone calls
? Scheduling events
? Other duties as assigned
Experience:
? 2+ years of administration or program management experience minimum
? Marketing experience is a plus
? Experience working in a non-profit organization is a plus
? Google Docs - updating and drafting new documents, making them print ready
? Google Sheets - updating and preparing new workbooks as needed
? Create graphics for social posts and camping items
? Making slight changes to existing graphics
We prefer in-person employment and are open to remote workers. We are in Vancouver, WA, and need someone for approximately 5-10 hours a week. Weekly assignments are provided on Mondays, and duties are carried out throughout the week. You are paid on the following Monday.
