Job Description
My name is Ayad Maher, and I'm the owner of www.MonroeBlvd.com, a cannabis life style company, and www.421Store.com, an online smoke shop, located in West Seattle, WA.
Thank you for your interested in participating in our OSAAT Podcast. OSAAT is a up to 60 minutes podcast that will focus on reviewing one cannabis strain at a time, to provide an insight into popular strains, as well as reviewing the dispensary and the budtender will be purchasing the product from.
On each episode, there will be two participants (a guest and a host) to review the product, however, the guest has to be a budtender, but not necessarily for the host. For guarantee rapport, best that you nominate someone to participate with you, and it's up to you both to decide who's gonna take the guest role, or the host role.
Prior to recording, we would like to go over some of our guidelines for the podcast:

Feedback would be highly appreciated.
Host will be provided with script for intro and outro - You can find the script in the attached Questions Guide document. Please feel free to change the wording as you see appropriate and send it back to me.
Guest MUST be a current budtender.
Guest and host should provide us with 150-200 words bio that will be included in the episode article
Guest and the host will be paid $30 for the review session each
Guest will purchase a cannabis product, limit to 1/8th of flower--$50 max, from a dispensary of their choice, excluding the one they work at. Guests will be reimbursed after recording the episode. Please make sure to provide a receipt.
The guest and the host will consume the product while the podcast takes place. The guest and the host should be sober from all substances for at least 4 hours prior to the recording. Host will be responsible on making sure that the Guest will answer all the questions provided attached, of course Host can participate in giving their opinion, but eventually treating the Guest as the expert who will have the last word.
Please make sure to research the strain prior to the recording.
We are shooting for a 60 minutes recording session, but it's also up to the host and the guests to run as much as they want. The end product will be edited, of course.
Interview will take place over the phone. The recording program we will be using is Anchor (You can check them out at www.anchor.fm). Please download the app and make sure to have couple of dry runs before the recording.
Finally, prior recording the podcast, I will need to have a phone call with both the host and guest to walk you through the podcast structure.
