Long-Term B2B Sales Closer: $25/hour + Commissions (Earn $70+/hr) - Home Care Market
I’m looking for an experienced CLOSER to sell a mid-ticket digital product ($299 + $199 upgrade) to home care agencies across the US. You would be the sole salesperson for this industry (possible expansion into other industries forthcoming). This is a one-call close product. If you have experience selling SEO or digital marketing services to local businesses, you will absolutely be successful.
About Me
I am not a faceless agency or a random dropshipper. I am a former Marketing Executive and SEO agency owner with 20 years of experience, and 5+ years specifically in the home care industry working in the corporate office of a national franchise. I built this product based on decades of expertise and real demand from clients, and have worked 1:1 with over 400 home care agencies across the country.
I recently left my corporate career to build a business that allows me to care for my disabled daughter, and I need someone who is a strong closer to help us BOTH earn a nice living selling something that will help people.
When you work with me, you are a person, not a number. If you are honest, hardworking, and communicative, I will treat you with respect, pay you fast, and help you succeed.
The plan
This is not working with a big company, or even a small one. You’re working with a professional, and I will treat you as such. I also provide you with tools to be successful, but also the flexibility to run with it and build your own systems to be as successful as possible, including:
- The simplest system for finding leads. No fancy CRM, just a really simple process that keeps you on the phone making money as much as possible.
- A script and battle card with common objections. Use them, or learn them and what they mean and run with your own script. The tools are there for you regardless.
- A clear SOP.
- THOUSANDS of home care agencies across the country.
Time Expectation
Based on my experience selling this personally first, I estimate a pace of 15–20 dials per hour. The initial trial is 10 hours over the course of 1 week - take 2 days or 5. This is an initial probation period to see if there’s a fit.
If you close at least 5 sales in those 10 hours, we will make this a recurring gig each week, as long as milestones are continuing to be met.
I need high performers. If you close 0 or 1 sale in your trial batch, I will of course pay you for the work done, but we may not renew the contract.
- Pay -
I respect your time, and pay $25/hour for the 10 hours, for a total of $250. This is guaranteed pay.
For EVERY sale of the base product, you will also receive a commission of $60. For every sale of the upgrade, you will receive another $30.
If you hit your goal of 5 sales over 10 hours, that means you’ll earn:
- $250 base pay
- $300 commissions on the base product
- $150 commissions on the upgrade
Total: $700, or $70 an hour for hitting the MINIMUM. Strong sellers should be able to make one sale per hour. Payments are made weekly.
Growth potential
If you are hitting your goal of 5 sales per 10 hours, you can take on as many hours as you’d like - 20, 30, or even 40 hours per week. This could pretty easily end up a 6-figure gig if you are a strong seller and want the hours. With no red tape, crazy managers, etc. Just conduct yourself professionally and represent me well, and SELL.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English speaker located in the US.
- You must be available to call during US Business Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) across time zones.
- You must have a proven track record in B2B cold calling and closing.
