Roles and Duties: • Ensure a secure work environment by following all safety policies and procedures. • Participation in safety training workshops is essential for acquiring the skills needed for effective performance in a dynamic warehouse environment. • Wrap, transport, and send merchandise to customers and retail establishments. • Ensure the meticulous management of products for retail fulfillment and customer drop-offs. • Efficiently maneuver freight and enhance inventory circulation within the warehouse. • Keep your work area tidy, well-ordered, and free from unnecessary mess. • Ensure timely arrival at work and accurately fulfill assigned responsibilities within the specified deadlines. • Work on addressing issues to foster continuous operational improvements. • Demonstrate a constructive and gracious mindset while engaging in individual tasks or teamwork. Requirements: • Required to frequently lift and convey products that range from 35 to 50 pounds in weight. • Capable of sporadically moving and transporting objects weighing up to 60 pounds. • Competence in standing, strolling, pressing, tugging, crouching, bending, and extending throughout shifts. • Sustain a positive and professional approach whether in a team or independent work setting. • Primary mathematical aptitudes, which include counting, addition, and subtraction. • Skill in interpreting and understanding labels, tickets, and other written materials associated with products precisely. • Successfully navigate computer systems or mobile devices independently following the completion of training. • Proficient in expressing thoughts verbally and in writing. • Capability in comprehending, speaking, and reading English to adhere to safety guidelines, policies, and directions. Additional Requirements: • Qualified to undergo training and handle powered equipment with care and expertise (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift). • Comfortable with performing tasks at elevated levels of up to 40 feet when required. • Adaptable to working for extended durations in temperature-controlled surroundings, such as refrigerators and freezers.
