Role Overview The Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer SIM card orders — from order receipt to preparation, packing, and shipping. This includes ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment, maintaining proper inventory levels, and managing all logistics related to SIM and related supplies. Key Responsibilities • Receive, process, and confirm customer SIM card orders through multiple channels (email, phone, or online). • Prepare, pack, and label orders accurately to ensure they are ready for shipment on time. • Coordinate shipments with logistics partners and monitor delivery progress. • Follow up with customers post-delivery to confirm receipt and satisfaction. • Maintain and track SIM card inventory and related supplies; proactively identify restocking needs. • Collaborate with operations and finance teams for order tracking, invoicing, and reporting. • Manage incoming and outgoing supply logistics, ensuring operational efficiency. • Continuously review and improve order fulfillment and logistics processes. Skills and Experience • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment roles. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. • Fluent English (written and verbal). • Experience in telecommunications or IoT industries – advantage. Preferred Attributes • Basic understanding of cellular networks and SIM card functionality. • Experience with inventory management or shipping platforms. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
