About This Opportunity
We are seeking a detailāoriented Logistics & Pricing Analyst to support our Supply Chain and Operations teams through data analytics, reporting, and trend evaluation. In this role, you will analyze logistics and freight data, as well as invoice verification. This role will drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Management
ā¢ Pull, consolidate, and maintain shipping, freight, and logistics data from internal systems, carriers, and thirdāparty platforms.
ā¢ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports.
ā¢ Maintain historical datasets, standard file structures, and documentation.
Reporting & Visualization
ā¢ Build and update dashboards, charts, and KPIs for logistics performance (e.g., transit times, carrier performance, accessorials, volume trends).
ā¢ Provide regular and adāhoc reporting to Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams.
ā¢ Present data in a clear, visual format that supports decision-making.
Cost & Pricing Analysis
ā¢ Analyze freight costs, surcharges, and routing patterns to identify trends and savings opportunities.
ā¢ Support pricing teams by generating cost models and laneālevel analysis.
ā¢ Assist with RFPs, carrier rate evaluations, and costātoāserve analysis.
Coordinate Daily Shipments
ā¢ Quote and coordinate inbound and outbound traffic from InComm Distribution Centers
ā¢ Communicate status changes, shipment delays and other updates to stakeholders
ā¢ Update and Maintain Incomm Payments Shipment Guidelines
Process Improvement & Collaboration
ā¢ Work closely with Operations teams to understand business needs and improve reporting and processes.
ā¢ Recommend automation or process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
ā¢ Validate carrier invoices and reconcile freight charges when needed.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
ā¢ 0-2 years of experience.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, dashboards).
ā¢ Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and SQL.
ā¢ Understanding of logistics, transportation, freight terms, and cost components.
ā¢ High attention to detail and strong analytical/problemāsolving skills.
