Logistics Customer Service, Dispatcher
Location – Martinsville, VA Schedule – Wednesday – Sunday Time – 8:00am – 4:30pm (+overtime ) Customer Service • answer incoming emails and calls • direct and interact with customers, drivers and forklift drivers. Dispatcher • Distribute work assignments to drivers as directed by the supervisor • Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained. • Heavy Interactions with carriers. • Review carrier paperwork for accuracy • Maintain necessary documentation and files.
