Logistics Coordinator Maintenance

At PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator Maintenance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, inventory control, and repair of our company's logistics and supply chain. To be successful in this position, you must have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of supply chain processes and procedures. The ideal candidate is also a great communicator and team player with a passion for problem-solving and finding efficient solutions. Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate all logistics and supply chain maintenance activities. Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Oversee the inventory control of all logistics-related materials and equipment. Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage the scheduling and coordination of all necessary repairs and maintenance activities. Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency of logistics and supply chain operations. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth running of logistics operations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs. Communicate effectively with other departments and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services. Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues.
