In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily window warehouse operations, organizing materials for deliveries and pick-ups, assisting with install logistics, and visiting client sites to take precise measurements for custom window orders. The ideal candidate is a team player, customer service oriented, and able to lift up to 100 lbs. You should be organized, professional, and represent the company positively during client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, stage, and prepare materials for deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and organization for optimal workflow.
• Support coordination of installation schedules and logistics with the operations team.
• Visit customer sites as needed, acting as a company representative, to take accurate measurements and gather necessary information for order fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Lift and move up to 100 lbs as required.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs frequently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Professional and presentable for client site visits.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
