Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily window warehouse operations, organizing materials for deliveries and pick-ups, assisting with install logistics, and visiting client sites to take precise measurements for custom window orders. The ideal candidate is a team player, customer service oriented, and able to lift up to 100 lbs. You should be organized, professional, and represent the company positively during client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, stage, and prepare materials for deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and organization for optimal workflow.
• Support coordination of installation schedules and logistics with the operations team.
• Visit customer sites as needed, acting as a company representative, to take accurate measurements and gather necessary information for order fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Lift and move up to 100 lbs as required.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs frequently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Professional and presentable for client site visits.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
