Job title: Logistics Support Analyst Company: Lockheed Martin Job description: LMCareers Business Unit RMS Security Clearance None Shift First Direct/Indirect Direct Business Area Rotary and Mission Systems Department 3BAF00005:SUSTAINMENT OPERATIONS Job Class Product Support Job Category Experienced Professional Program CH-53K Req Type Full-Time Job Description - Responsible for delivery of LSA data including, but not limited to, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), & Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis to internal and external customers in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as agreed to by contract. - Be cognizant of International Trade Compliance (ITC) policies including interpretation of company policies and procedures, work instructions, and ITAR regulations in relation to Sikorsky LSA deliverables - Support contract proposal initiatives by providing estimates as required for modifications and/or newly developed aircraft components. - Ensure authorized technical review/acceptance review of analyst/subcontractor submitted packages to ensure compliance with statement of work, Engineering source data and departmental quality plan. - The LSA Analyst will be the primary interface between the Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Logistics community. - Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customer personnel. - Provide feedback on all project requirements, statements of work, budgets and schedules. - Provide/maintain inputs/status reports to LSA manager - Maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of internal or subcontractor provided deliverables. Basic Qualifications Highly motivated self-starter Highly proficient communication skills (oral and written) Strong organizational skills; Able to manage multiple projects of varied size and scope Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance theory Able to think and operate independently with general direction, to develop approach to solutions, where work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting overall objectives U.S Citizenship Required. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
