Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced LOCAL WITH HAZMAT AND CDL-A to work in our local delivery operations in Oregon and Washington. As a local truck driver with our company, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting parts and materials to dealerships and other customers across the region. If you're a motivated and customer-focused driver with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A vehicle to deliver parts and materials to dealerships and other customers across the region Load and unload parts and materials using a pallet jack or hand truck Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and other documentation Communicate effectively with customers and dispatchers to ensure smooth delivery operations Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including those related to hazardous materials Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Valid Class A driver's license with Hazmat endorsement DOT Medical card 4 months of experience as a truck driver No more than 4 jobs in the past 3 years No more than 2 jobs in the past 12 months No more than 2 accidents in the last 5 years No more than 2 tickets within the last 3 years Must be 21 years or older Preferred Qualifications: Experience driving in tight spaces around vehicles Experience working with pallet jacks and hand trucks Experience with hazardous materials Skills and Competencies To succeed as a LOCAL WITH HAZMAT AND CDL-A with our company, you'll need: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to lift, load, and unload parts and materials Comfort with night driving and working in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $0.68 per mile or $1,500.00 per week, plus excellent benefits, including: Opportunity to work locally and enjoy a better work-life balance Home daily, with a work week that starts on Monday and ends on Friday About 20 stops per week and 1,600 miles driven per week Unmanned key drops into dealerships' parts rooms No pets or passengers allowed Career Growth and Learning: As a LOCAL WITH HAZMAT AND CDL-A with our company, you'll have opportunities for career growth and professional development, including: Training and support to help you succeed in your role Opportunities for advancement and promotion Chance to work with a great team and make a positive impact in our community Work Environment and Company Culture Our company is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative work environment that prioritizes driver well-being and success.
