What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review assigned protocols and documentation for accuracy, feasibility, and resources
- Manage multiple clinical trials while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
- Coordinate and monitor patient screening and informed consent processes
- Supervise clinic activities including admissions, dosing, and follow-up visits
- Prepare and participate in sponsor audits and provide project status updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
- Ability to manage multiple clinical trials simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with regulatory activities and documentation maintenance
- Familiarity with adverse event reporting
- Previous experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials
- Knowledge of electronic data capture systems
