Address issues or concerns clients may have regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and questions to enhance their experience.
Accurately document all customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as needed.
Stay informed about the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations to better assist clients.
Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex loan terms and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and telephone systems.
Efficient problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
