We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team at Key Mortgage Services. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications, identifying potential issues, and escalating concerns to supervisors or underwriters as needed.
You will work closely with loan officers, borrowers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing. Responsibilities:
Review and verify loan applications, including income verification, asset analysis, and credit report evaluation
Identify potential issues and escalate concerns to supervisors or underwriters as needed
Communicate effectively with loan officers, borrowers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, including conforming conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and sub-prime loans
