Key Responsibilities

Maintain detailed records of loan applications and track their progress through various stages of the approval process.

Conduct preliminary credit analysis and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding loan status, additional requirements, and timelines.

Prepare loan packages for submission to underwriting and management for final approval.

Resolve discrepancies or issues related to loan documentation promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, credit, and compliance to facilitate seamless loan processing.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• *
Strong understanding of loan processing, banking procedures, and credit policies.
• *
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
• *
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and loan processing software.
• *
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• *
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, or financial services is preferred.
