Position Details:

Ā Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension and conversion to full-time)
Ā Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Ā Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Perform administrative tasks related to loan servicing and document management.
Ā Use judgment and discretion in executing routine loan operations.
Ā Review and verify the accuracy of loan documentation and related processes.
Ā Investigate discrepancies and report findings, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
Ā Record entries in the general ledger and maintain accuracy in financial documentation.
Ā Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental budgets and reporting.
Ā Address inquiries and resolve issues from customers and internal teams.
Ā Follow up with stakeholders to ensure discrepancies and customer concerns are effectively addressed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ā Loan Documentation Knowledge: Proficient understanding of loan documents is essential.
Ā Excel & Data Entry: Strong skills in Excel and data entry are required.
Ā Familiarity with Lending Practices: Basic knowledge of lending processes and the real estate sector.
Ā Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Ā Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
