We are seeking a Loan Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing key activities within the loan operations department, including loan booking, servicing, escrow and insurance management, loan accounting, and specialized servicing for various loan products such as commercial, residential mortgage, and consumer loans.
The Loan Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, including servicing, reporting, customer service, and compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements. They will also lead staff training, supervision, and development while driving operational improvements through process reengineering and system implementations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and excellence across all loan-related functions.
Requirements:
5-7 years of progressive experience in loan servicing across residential, consumer, and commercial loans, including complex transactions, with a demonstrated ability to manage servicing processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver operational excellence.
Expertise in loan operations processes, including loan regulations, accounting, servicing, escrow and insurance management, and flood program administration.
Comprehensive knowledge of loan systems, including loan origination, CORE banking systems, imaging, servicing, tracking, and online servicing platforms.
