Loan Closer - Remote - Temporary

We are now accepting resumes for our Loan Closer role. This will be a fully remote role and will also be a temporary role which is expected to last 12 months. The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to meet the following responsibilities and qualifications.
• Responsible for completing all due diligence associated with satisfying approval and collateral lein perfection conditions prior to the preparation of loan closing documents including requesting, reviewing and critical interpretation of all third party documents needed to issue the, clear to close for various types of loans; including real estate and non real estate secured loans.
• Reviews the approval for loan closing conditions, regulations, appropriate lending authority, and lein perfection requirements and establishes conditions to close.
• Performs all loan closing tasks and proactively interacts with sales, portfolio management, underwriting, document preparation, third party vendors (i.e., title companies, insurance agency, etc.) and bank customers.
• Must effectively communicate with all parties, including field personnel and/or customers to expedite the request for loan documentation, while meeting underwriting, bank policy, compliance regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
• Requires a High School degree or equivalent and 2 plus years of loan closing, documentation, processing or other directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Projects assigned are routine and may require problem solving using judgment within defined policies and practices.
