Loan Closer - Bilingual (Chinese/English)
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Review title report and insurance
Perform final verifications of employment, income and assets.
Prepare mortgage Closing Disclosures
Prepare closing documents
Coordinate distribution of closing documents to all parties, including borrowers, attorneys, property agents, and title agents
Ensure documents are completed and submitted promptly
Post-closing quality control review of completed closing packages
Qualifications:
2 Year College Degree Minimum.
2 Year Experience in closing mortgage loans Minimum.
