In this position, you will assist clients in obtaining loans by evaluating their financial information, matching them with suitable loan products, and guiding them through application and approval processes. You will establish relationships with financial institutions, provide personalized advice, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Loan Broker will manage client portfolios, build rapport, and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to best serve client needs. Qualifications • Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess client financial profiles and understand loan products. • Sales and relationship-building abilities to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with financial institutions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to discuss terms and explain products to clients. • Organizational skills for managing client portfolios and maintaining accurate documentation. • Proficiency in digital tools and financial software, with a willingness to adopt new technologies. • Knowledge of compliance rules and guidelines related to the lending and financial services industry. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and ensure smooth processes. • Previous experience in loan brokerage, financial services, or related fields is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
