What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily customer inquiries and support requests related to LMS administration
- Assist the HR Tier 1 team in answering questions and managing compliance training uploads
- Manage and upload nursing orientation rosters and compliance reports to Cornerstone
- Handle training transcript report requests and mandatory training assignments
- Participate in monthly mandatory calls related to LMS administration and user support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong Excel formula skills, particularly with VLOOKUP
- Expertise in Cornerstone LMS; experience with SumTotal is a plus
- Solid communication skills and customer service etiquette
- Experience with HR case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD) is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- E-learning development skills (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Rise 360)
- Experience with Cornerstone Performance Observation Checklists
- Previous experience in a similar HR or training support role
