We are seeking a LMHP (Mobile Crisis Agency) to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.
SERVICE AREAS: Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, Prince George, Dinwiddie, Chesterfield, Richmond and surrounding locations.
Available Positions:
ā¢ LMHP-A (Duties include but not limited to: Responding to 988 dispatches, completing client assessments, creating and following up on individualized service plan for clients, and referrals)
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
ā¢ Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
ā¢ Provide prevention-oriented therapy
ā¢ Implement and review treatment plans
ā¢ Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
ā¢ Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
ā¢ Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
ā¢ Familiarity with community mental health resources
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communications skills
ā¢ Ability to build rapport with clients
ā¢ Strong leadership qualities
