Livestreaming Sales Producer

Shop LC is an electronic retailer of jewelry and lifestyle products headquartered in Austin, Texas, seeking a Livestreaming Sales Producer. The role involves scheduling and airing products during live shows, ensuring they meet sales goals, and coordinating various aspects of the production process. Responsibilities Follow the direction of the company by working closely with sales leadership Coordinate various aspects of individual show’s live production such as overseeing product quantities and availability, meeting sales targets, orchestrating timing and graphics, and working in tandem with the show’s director to create a compelling story for the audience, utilizing sound effects, graphics, and audio Work live on air with the production team, leading each show, to ensure an entertaining and effective experience for the audience Comply with the Producer Code of Conduct roles and responsibilities and adhere to company policies and procedures All other duties as assigned by the manager Skills Bachelor's degree with one or more years of experience in studio operations, and jewelry sales experience a plus Must be able to multi-task and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure setting Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment Ability to adjust and refocus in a dynamic and ever-changing live television environment Must be able to document and demonstrate an excellent retail sales track record Goal oriented with a focus on the bottom line Skilled in formulating and executing sales strategies Dependable and flexible, able to work in a 24/7/365 environment with flexibility to work all shifts including overnights Operate independently and exercise sound judgment and critical thinking in daily activities Create a cooperative working environment Establish and maintain effective working relationships with production and studio staff Flexible and adjust and respond to crises Communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences Creative, personable, and enthusiastic Ability to effectively utilize various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and follow-through are essential Strong professional and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills An ambassador of our Core Values: Teamwork, Honesty, Commitment, Passion, and Positive Attitude Minimum of four days of on-air and or office days of work a week Company Overview Formed in 2007, Shop LC's primary purpose is Delivering joy to our customers 24/7/365 from the comfort of their home.
