Were seeking dynamic moderators to help engage viewers, facilitate meaningful discussions, and ensure smooth communication during livestreamed sessions.
What Youll Do:
Audience Engagement
Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions.
Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
Live Session Moderation
Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers.
Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests.
Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule.
Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
Community Building
Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included.
Help amplify the festivals themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.
What Youll Gain:

Available to dedicate 5-10 hours per week leading up to the festival and full availability on February 13, 2025.
