Ā Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
Ā Document and track customer interactions and feedback
Ā Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the live chat support process and customer experience
Requirements:
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ā Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ā Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ā Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
Ā Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
