What You Will Be Doing: • As a live chat customer support agent, you will manage incoming queries via live chat on our business websites and social media platforms. • Handle both support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential new customers, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience. Contract Length: Open-ended Rate: $35 per hour Skills/Background Needed: • Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop). • Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and make sound judgments. • Must be available to work at... least 10 hours per week. • A reliable internet connection is essential.
