Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a professional and timely manner
ā¢ Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
ā¢ Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction
ā¢ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
ā¢ Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
ā¢ Continuously improve service by staying updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
Qualifications:
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service, preferably in live chat support
ā¢ Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
ā¢ Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
ā¢ Proficient with live chat platforms and basic computer skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a virtual environment
