– Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazons products, services, and policies
Requirements
– Excellent written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency with computers and typing skills
– Prior customer service experience is a plus
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Additional certifications in customer service are a plus
