Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through live chat.
Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues and concerns.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers at all times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems.
Document all customer interactions and update customer records accurately.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Live Chat Specialist or similar customer service role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chats simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred
