Position Summary As a Live Chat Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for website visitors, helping to answer questions, provide information about vehicles and services, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into leads. This role is key to ensuring our online guests receive the same top-notch service as those who visit us in person.
