Live Chat Representative at VG Eden
Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Remote Live Chat Representative to join our customer support team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat. The ideal candidate will be skilled in problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Assist customers with order tracking, billing inquiries, returns, and other general queries.
Use CRM software to document conversations and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional assistance when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Adhere to company protocols, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote setting.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Ability to handle multiple chats at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with e-commerce platforms or SaaS products.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
Familiarity with social media customer support channels.
