Live Chat Customer Service Manager Needed
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (2 positions available, one in the US EST timezone and one in the UK GMT timezone) .
Compensation: $10-$20 per hour depending on the applicant

LLC Express specializes in providing fast, reliable, and professional US company (LLC) and taxation (ITIN) registration services to international clients. We cater primarily to customers from North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, offering a market-leading "Express Service" that ensures a US LLC and EIN are ready within 72 hours. We work with an IRS certified Acceptance Agent to apply for ITIN Numbers. Services are sold via the freelancing marketplace Fiverr.
Duties:
Respond to all incoming queries from potential customers in a timely fashion, with detailed and convincing responses that gives confidence to the buyer and develops trust. Message volume can vary significantly from 10, all the way to 40-50.
Convert incoming queries from potential customers to new orders.
Respond to all incoming queries from active customers whilst their order is being processed.
Respond to all incoming queries from old customers.
Log number of leads and sales at the end of each shift.
You will be provided with access to an AI tool to help you answer questions in a convincing way. If you or the AI tool do not know the answer, please record the question and we will build a response for the tool moving forward.
