Responsibilities:

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary.

Gather customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements.
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree preferred but not mandatory.
