Duties

ā¢ Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
ā¢ Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
ā¢ Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
ā¢ Assist in analysing customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
ā¢ Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations or difficult customers.
Experience
ā¢ Proven experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
ā¢ Bilingual or multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
ā¢ Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
ā¢ Excellent analysis skills to identify trends and areas for improvement within customer interactions.
ā¢ Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications is advantageous.
