WES is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Agent/Admin Assistant to provide exceptional customer support through live chat channels while assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service to our clients. Responsibilities:
Ā• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Ā• Assist customers with their questions and concerns regarding our services and products.
Ā• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ā• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Ā• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management.
Ā• Monitor and evaluate chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ā• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process.

Requirements:
Ā• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Ā• Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
Ā• Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ā• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ā• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ā• Experience in administrative tasks is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience.
Ā• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus
