Requirements:
Ā Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Ā Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
Ā Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ā Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ā Experience in administrative tasks is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience.
Ā Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus
