The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to queries with professionalism and empathy.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and facilitate seamless communication.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems.
