In this role, you will engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform, providing prompt and efficient assistance. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via live chat to answer questions, provide information, and offer assistance regarding our products and services.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a live chat support role or customer service environment is preferred.
Skills:Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
