• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation; more experienced candidates also considered
• Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour litigation
• Must be able to travel within the U.S.
Your New Role
Demonstrate your legal prowess and join a powerhouse plaintiffs’ firm as a Litigation and Transactional Associate!
In this role, you’ll be tasked with litigation duties on federal- and state-level cases, as well as managing and organizing case files and client records. Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions will also be part of your day-to-day. Stellar organizational skills will be key as you assist senior attorneys with trial and hearing preparation, as well as conduct legal research to stay current on laws.
This team is looking for someone with strong time management skills, dynamic communication skills, and a keen eye for details.
While this is a fully remote position, only candidates in Oregon will be considered at this time. There is also some occasional domestic travel required.
