Job Details
Seeking a contract Litigation Support Paralegal/Specialist for a remote project. Must have experience with Relativity and/or Innovative Driven platforms and strong technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
eDiscovery Management:
• Manage vendor relationships and platform access
• Process, QC, and deliver electronic productions
• Administer document workspaces and user access
• Optimize storage to control costs
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Create advanced searches and analytics
• Provide platform training as needed
Claim Management:
• Manage pre-litigation claims from intake to resolution
• Draft settlement documents and process payments
• Coordinate between legal team and stakeholders
• Maintain case documentation
Paralegal Support:
• Support discovery process and document review
• Draft discovery requests and responses
• Review for responsiveness and privilege
• Create privilege logs and case summaries
Requirements:
• 3+ years litigation support or eDiscovery experience
• Proficiency with Relativity and/or Innovative Driven
• Strong technical and organizational skills
• Remote work capability
• Legal document management experience
