With offices in Riverside and Glendale, California, we represent clients in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Bring over your work and we will offer a % paid to you for that book of business Job Details Responsibilities: • Represent clients in all phases of Civil Defense Litigation (Businesses, Public Entities and Individuals) • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Handle depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations. • Develop and implement defense strategies, negotiate settlements, and make court appearances. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive defense strategy. • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on legal matters. • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. • A minimum of 8 years of experience for senior level positions • Active member of the State Bar in good standing. • Strong knowledge of civil defense litigation personal injury and or insurance defense procedures and practices. • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases while meeting strict deadlines. • Ability to work independently, but also function effectively as part of a team. • Strong advocacy skills in the courtroom. • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
