ā¢ Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
ā¢ Demonstrate expertise in pricing, home staging, and other essential listing services.
ā¢ Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.
ā¢ Keep detailed records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.
