What You’ll Work On

We’re looking for an experienced LinkedIn Outreach Manager/Strategist to manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns for our clients using Expandi and other automation tools. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Houston Golden, who currently handles client launch calls but is looking for someone who can take ownership of managing and optimizing campaigns after the initial setup.

Your role will involve managing outreach campaigns, analyzing performance, optimizing messaging, and ensuring clients see measurable results—whether that’s growing their audience, generating leads, or increasing engagement.

This is a remote, part-time role on an as-needed basis.

Compensation

$ Hourly Rate (TBD) for ongoing client success calls, campaign management and optimization.

$ Flat Rate (TBD) for client setup (one-time), which includes:

- Assisting with the "Launch Call" (a 60-minute strategy session where we set up and go over the outreach approach).

- Setting up initial Expandi campaigns and preparing messaging sequences.

- Scheduling a follow-up call to analyze data and optimize the campaigns for better results.

Key Responsibilities

Expandi Campaign Management – Set up, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn outreach sequences for multiple clients.

Performance Analysis – Track response rates, engagement, and conversion metrics to refine outreach strategies.

Follow-up & Optimization – Conduct follow-up calls to adjust messaging, targeting, and campaign execution for maximum effectiveness.

Client Communication – Provide insights and updates to clients on their outreach performance and next steps.

Collaborate with CEO – Work alongside Houston Golden to learn his proven approach and eventually take over more responsibilities in managing client campaigns.

What You Bring

- Proven experience with LinkedIn automation tools (especially Expandi) and B2B outreach strategies.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation and audience-building tactics.

- Ability to analyze outreach data and refine campaign strategies for higher engagement.

- Clear and professional communication skills to interact with clients effectively.

- A proactive mindset – able to work independently and troubleshoot campaign issues.

- Comfortable taking Zoom calls with clients as needed.

- Previous experience in growth marketing, sales, or digital marketing is a plus.
