LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Assistant for Fractional COO Practice
I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented virtual assistant to manage my LinkedIn outreach and help me connect with early-stage founders who may benefit from fractional COO support. I work as a Fractional COO and Strategic Operator for pre-seed to seed-stage startups, primarily in healthcare, wellness, healthtech, and women’s health. I help founders with strategic clarity, operational efficiency, and getting from A → B faster, without the overhead of a full-time exec. Your role will be to create, track, and optimise outreach to generate high-quality founder openings.Responsibilities Identify relevant leads based on a clear targeting brief (provided). Send connection requests and warm outbound DMs on my behalf via LinkedIn. Manage follow-bolthires and connect to calls with me. Track all outreach activity (bolthires Sheet): - Who was contacted - When - Follow-up status - Responses - Booked calls Optimise outreach based on reply rates and learnings. Conduct light research on founders to personalise messages (1–2 lines). Maintain professionalism and brand tone (warm, human, concise, helpful).Required Skills - Experience with LinkedIn lead generation, cold outreach - Strong written English - High attention to detail - Comfortable following structured outreach processes - Ability to work independently and suggest improvements - Familiarity with early-stage startups is a plus - Experience with CRM/Sheets is a plus Apply tot his job
