Description

We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter (DoD Programs).Clearance: Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance is preferredWork Schedule: Fully Remote, Monday-Friday, 40 hours roughly 9am-5pm EST, 10-15% Travel CONUSRole Overview:In this role, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting process supporting US Department of Defense/War programs across IT, logistics, training, and professional services. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies, fill active program needs, and proactively pipeline candidates for future contract awards. This position requires a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can operate independently, improve recruiting operations, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.General SkillsetExperience with Microsoft OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both collaboratively and individuallyCritical Thinking SkillsAbility to give presentations and briefings as neededStrong Organization SkillsSpecific SkillsetLead full lifecycle recruiting for DoD programs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiringPartner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and post openings for new and existing programsSource candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as through proactive pipeline developmentSupport proposal efforts by providing salary survey data and recruiting insightsConduct incumbent capture and transition staffing for newly awarded contractsManage offer process including salary negotiations and candidate closingCoordinate onboarding activities including orientation, paperwork, and first-day logisticsOrganize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersManage job postings and advertising strategies on Indeed and other platformsAttend career fairs, networking events, and industry engagements to build talent pipelinesAnalyze turnover trends and partner with HR and program leadership to improve retention strategiesServe as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for recruiting and staffing processes across the organization
Requirements
Education & CertificationsBachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredProfessional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, or similar) preferredExperience Requirements3â5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting supporting DoD or government contractsExperience recruiting for technical, logistics, and professional services rolesExperience supporting proposal staffing and/or contingent hiring efforts preferredProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet aggressive time-to-fill goalsThis role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, continuously improves processes, and operates with an agile, solutions-oriented mindset to make recruiting a strategic advantage for the organization.Build Your Career With UsLinchpin Solutionsâ professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clientsâ technical and management expectations.
