Position: Lifeline Call Taker - Overnight Shifts Available ($20/hr) at ProPivotal Staffing Framingham, MA Overview Lifeline Call Taker - Overnight Shifts Available ($20/hr) - Framingham, MA Join our team as a Lifeline Call Taker and provide crucial support to individuals in distress. What we are looking for • High school diploma or GED • Previous experience in telephone/call-center roles, especially those involving emotional support, is highly preferred • Competent with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems • Ability to remain calm and composed while deescalating crisis situations while showing very high levels of empathy • Must attend training in Framingham, MA • Requires a Mac (Google Chrome access) or PC, reliable Wi-Fi, and a headset with a microphone compatible with the computer • Must have a quiet workspace for working from home Additional information There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
