Life Sciences Supply Chain Transformation Consultant

CTG is seeking to fill a Life Sciences Supply Chain Transformation Consultant position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 10 months Duties: Lead and implement complex supply chain transformation initiatives within the life sciences sector. Develop end-to-end strategies, transformation roadmaps, and detailed business cases for large-scale Manufacturing, Automation, Warehousing, and Materials (MAWM) transformations. Conduct and facilitate client workshops, steering committees, and working sessions, including presentations to C-suite executives and senior leadership. Assess current-state supply chain and warehouse operations and define future-state solutions aligned with business objectives. Provide thought leadership on warehouse design, automation, robotics, and advanced warehousing technologies. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources, to ensure successful project delivery. Skills: Deep expertise in life sciences supply chain and warehousing operations. Hands-on experience with warehouse design, automation equipment, robotics, and operational training. Strong understanding of tier 1 and tier 2 Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Exceptional client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership capabilities in complex, multi-workstream transformation programs. Experience: 10+ years of warehousing and supply chain consulting experience. At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with a tier 1 or tier 2 WMS solution. Demonstrated success leading large-scale supply chain transformations, including business case development and roadmap execution. Experience influencing C-suite executives and senior stakeholders in a consulting or advisory capacity. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
