No cold callingwe work with clients who have requested information, meaning youll always be talking to qualified leads.
What is a 1099 Position:
As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the freedom to run your business independently. This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning youll earn a large percentage of each sale. We provide mentorship, access to the best priced warm leads, and opportunities for bonuses and advancements, but how much you earn depends on the effort you put into growing your book of business and maintaining client relationships.

What Does It Mean to Be an Independent Agent?
As an independent agent, youll be responsible for:

- Qualifying leads and setting appointments (over the phone or Zoom)
